Robert Nesta Marley (1945 1981 ), also known as Bob Marley, was a Jamaican singer and songwriter. He is considered to be one of the pioneers of reggae. Marley began his professional musical career in 1963, after forming Bob Marley and the Wailers. The group attained international success in 1973. That same year they performed live at WBCN Radio and KSAN FM. This broadcast collection also contains their live performance at KLOS FM (Los Angeles, 1976) and KMPX FM (Oakland, 1979).
